What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery as well as bank transfers. Please contact us for bank details.
What city are you located in?
Currently, we are in Karachi only.
What precautions have you taken to ensure safety and hygiene in your products?
Customer safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We recognize how it’s more important than ever to ensure our products are hygienic and safe to consume. Our precautions include:
- Wash & sanitize hands before preparing the meal.
- Wearing clean clothes.
- Using fresh ingredients.
- We follow all SOPs where applicable.
What is your return/refund policy if the product is damaged while delivery?
An exchange is possible if the product was defective or damaged on delivery, or if you were sent an incorrect product. The product will be replaced without any extra charges.
In case of a refund you will have to provide us with your order number along with your returned order.
Do you have an outlet?
Currently we are only conducting business online. We may open an outlet in the future so be sure to follow us and keep updated!
What are your shipping charges and estimated delivery time?
Our delivery charges are Rs.350. The delivery time is within 24 hours once the order has been confirmed.
Do you offer sugar free items in your menu?
Yes. We have a range of sugar free products that you can choose from.
